ID Statement:
6yo F presenting after parents noted that she was not moving her right side

ED evaluation:
* presenting GCS 15
* pupils reactive
* stroke labs and imaging obtained

OR intervention: none

PICU Course:
* RESP: RA
* CV: MAP > 55
* FEN/GI: NPO with IVF. Goal Na > 140
* NEURO: neurology c/s, neurosurgery c/s
* HEME: hematology c/s for hypercoagulable workup. No TPA. Started on heparin for embolic stroke and eventually transitioned to Lovenox

Hospital Course: transferred to floor on day 5 and ultimately discharged to inpatient rehab
